1. License

Frescora is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These terms add details about Frescora Pro.

2. What you need

Frescora controls air conditioners that are in Apple Home, such as Matter ACs or ACs connected through a compatible smart hub. Routines, the Sleep Curve, Heat Guard, Arrive/Leave and the Sleep Timer run on a home hub (Apple TV or HomePod). Which controls are available depends on what each accessory supports. Brand names belong to their owners; Frescora is not affiliated with them or with Apple.

3. Free and Pro

Manual control of your ACs, two custom presets and Heat Today are free. Frescora Pro adds routines, Sleep Curve, Heat Guard, Arrive & Leave, the Sleep Timer, the Week Plan and cost estimate, Home Screen widgets and unlimited presets. Pro is offered as a weekly or monthly auto-renewable subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. There are no free trials.

4. Billing and renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

5. Estimates

The cost estimate multiplies planned routine hours by the power and price you enter. Real energy use and cost depend on your AC and weather and will differ.

6. Disclaimer

Frescora is provided "as is". Your air conditioners and hubs are controlled through Apple Home, which may be unavailable at times. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
